3. Reporting Period: You must report any defects or damages within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please contact us via email or phone with your order number and photos of the damage.
4. Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost to you.
5. Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for items that are found to be defective.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We provide shipping across the Sultanate of Oman. Estimated delivery times are typically between 2 to 5 business days. Hadhab is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs.
